WorldDAB is the global industry forum, responsible for defining and promoting DAB+ digital radio. WorldDAB run several in-person events throughout the year, including WorldDAB Automotive 2024 which took place in Prague, Czechia inJune 2024.
THE CHALLENGE
WorldDAB Automotive has always been well attended event, however the team saw an opportunity to refresh their communications to boost community engagement and
captivate new audiences.
With a tight lead-time, we needed to swiftly create and implement an engaging marketing plan that captured audience attention, whilst maintaining the WorldDAB
tone of voice.
THE SOLUTION
Drawing on event best practices, we crafted a compelling value proposition and developed a content calendar with a cohesive narrative across emails and social media.
We transformed the marketing approach by leading with captivating stories in emails and social media posts, rather than traditional call-to-action sales tactics and we revamped the visuals to be more engaging and contemporary.
By structuring and managing the entire campaign, we were able to resonate with key audience segments, driving strong event results.
After the event, we repurposed video footage and used animation to create eye- catching social media posts, reinforcing key event messages and sustaining the buzz, keeping the audience engaged well beyond the event.
